All enjoying the An Post Rebel Tour 2016.

It's wonderful to see so many cyclists out and about in the first few weeks of the year.  These three colourful gentlemen were spotted on top of the Healy Pass on Sat 16/01/16.

Some fabulous videos below kindly provided by Mr. John Elphick showcasing the beauty of Beara and indeed the antics the mountain bikers get up to!!  Well worth watching.  Enjoy.

We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world.  Get out on your bike and experience what's all around you.  You won't regret it...

A large group of cyclists took advantage of the fantastic weather this morning Sunday 23rd November and took to both the road and the mountain to enjoy a spin.  Newcomers are always welcome if you'd like to come along, cycle leaves outside our door at 9am every Sunday.  All abilities are catered for.

Think the message on the road says it all!!!

Sprint Finish

2,500 cyclists took part in the An Post Rebel Tour 2014.  The sun shone brightly and displayed the Beara Peninsula in all her glory.  It was a tough day in the saddle for many and we say well done to all who participated.  Once again, Bike N Beara were delighted to support this event as we offered mechanical assistance/repairs on both the 160km and 85km cycles.

Two very pleasant gentlemen from the Netherlands visited Beara for approx 2 weeks and cycled everywhere. We were delighted to provide them with bikes and to welcome them back to Beara for a second year running.

Selma and Paula (the dog) called into us on their trip around West Cork.  We supplied Selma with new tyres for Paula's chariot!

And below, the Inishannon Boy Scouts enjoyed an overnight trip to Bere Island on our bikes.

A small selection of photos taken during our visit to Eyeries National School in June to celebrate National Bike Week.
